Warm aromatherapy balm is massaged along the shoulders, neck and decolletage to help relax and free your mind, before the laying of hand chosen crystals. There are seven main chakras along the spine, these energy centres allow Prana energy to flow through these points, Reiki helps to re balance, align & cleanse the body of stagnant energy, which we supress through everyday life. A very relaxing treatment that can sometimes be a little emotional.
