Service Description

This deeply restorative Reiki and crystal healing treatment is designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and gently release suppressed energy and emotional blockages. The experience begins with the application of a warm aromatherapy balm, slowly massaged along the shoulders, neck and décolletage to soften tension and invite the body into a state of deep relaxation. This prepares the mind and body for the healing work that follows. Carefully chosen crystals are then placed on and around the body as Reiki energy is channelled through the hands. There are seven main chakras along the spine, and these energy centres allow Prana, or life force energy, to flow freely through the body. Over time, stress, emotional holding and everyday experiences can cause this energy to become blocked or stagnant. Reiki works to rebalance, align and cleanse the chakras, supporting the release of stored energy and restoring a sense of harmony and flow. The treatment is deeply calming and nurturing, and while it is often profoundly relaxing, it can also bring gentle emotional release as the body lets go of what it no longer needs.
